Innovation Experts (AM Camp)
This advanced course will allow your child to move beyond innovation basics and use a design-based thinking model to solve a real-world challenge. This hands-on activity-based camp experience allows your child to explore the latest in coding, robotics, and more using our state of the art resources.
This week-long short course will develop your child's science and technology expertise while enhancing their communication and collaboration skills. Our resident innovation experts are waiting to guide and inspire each child’s unique vision!
Programs are designed to be unique each holiday season (summer, winter, and spring). Your child can enroll in the same camp multiple times and experience new activities and themes. Please note all camps are conducted in English.
Please note all camps are conducted in English.
AM/PM Camp is available for campers who prefer to join a full-day camp from 9:00 - 15:30 (AM + PM Camp). Please note that students will be required to bring a packed lunch and healthy snacks each day of the program, and there will be no access to refrigeration or microwaves. Staff members will supervise children during the lunch break, which will take place from 12:00 to 12:30.
“My child felt excited and deeply participated in the activities in the innovation experts camp. He shared new ideas and knowledge with me each day.” - Fiona, mom of 12-year-old
Our young coders had a little tournament on the VEXGO battlefield, as they built, modified, upgraded, and programed their VEXGO robots to save the snake out of the maze. Other than learning fundamental robotics and coding knowledge, campers also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork.
Learning robotics helps children furnish many skills other than computational, such as creativity and problem-solving skills. With hands-on building activities, children feel in control of their creation and are able to visualize how simple machines are put together to improve a design.
Our Innovative campers were given environmental, geology, and cultural information to analyze and design their own skyscraper with TinkerCad.
This activity not only teaches them about 3D Design skills and code but by analyzing data sets, campers also develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to create designs that are suitable for certain scenarios.
Campers explored a range of textiles, learned about different materials and their properties, then gained hands-on experience operating sewing machines, which empowered them to transform their creative ideas into reality through unique sewn projects. As they worked on their individual creations, they experimented with patterns, colors, and techniques, fostering a deeper understanding of design principles.

Campers will check in indoors on the ground floor of the Stamford campus. Camp Asia staff will hand out pick-up cards to caretakers at the entrance. We ask caregivers who are dropping off children not to enter the campus.
We have a nurse on site for all camps and our Camp Asia team members are first-aid trained.
We offer a highly convenient shuttle bus service from Yau Ma Tei and Ho Man Tin MTR stations at a low rate of $100 per week. Please note the availability is first come, first served.
